Can I request datasheets and manuals before ordering?

Yes. Buyers can request datasheets, manuals, wiring diagrams, calibration information and model selection tables before ordering. For complex projects, SeaDeal can also help prepare a comparison sheet for several instrument options.

Export & Support

Does SeaDeal Technology support Southeast Asia buyers?

SeaDeal Technology is preparing dedicated Southeast Asia export support for distributors, contractors and end users. The team can provide English product selection, quotation, datasheets, manuals and shipment coordination from mainland China.

Flow Measurement

When should I use an electromagnetic flow meter?

Use an electromagnetic flow meter for conductive liquids such as water, wastewater, slurry, acid, alkali and many chemical liquids. It is not suitable for oil, steam, dry gas or non-conductive media.

Which flow meter is commonly used for steam measurement?

A vortex flow meter is commonly used for saturated or superheated steam. For accurate mass flow, the system should consider pressure and temperature compensation, correct pipe installation and proper sizing for the steam flow range.

Level Measurement

What is the difference between radar and ultrasonic level meters?

Radar level meters use microwave signals and are generally better for vapor, pressure, temperature change, foam and long-range tanks. Ultrasonic level meters use sound waves and are cost-effective for clean liquid tanks, open channels and simple non-contact level measurement.

Pressure Instruments

What data is needed to quote a pressure transmitter?

A pressure transmitter quotation normally needs pressure range, pressure type, process connection, wetted material, medium, temperature, output signal, accuracy, display requirement, electrical connection and hazardous-area requirement if applicable.

Selection Guide

How do I choose the right industrial flow meter?

Choose the flow meter by medium, pipe size, flow range, pressure, temperature, conductivity, viscosity, installation space and required output signal. For conductive liquids, electromagnetic flow meters are often suitable. For steam, vortex flow meters are common. For compressed air or natural gas, thermal mass, vortex or turbine meters may be evaluated.

Temperature Measurement

Should I choose a thermocouple or RTD sensor?

Thermocouples are suitable for wider and higher temperature ranges and rugged service. RTDs, especially PT100 sensors, provide better accuracy and stability in many low-to-medium temperature industrial applications.
